CAFECITO is a brand of Zossoz, Inc, a Miami, Florida company. We run this website at www.getcafecito.co. This page explains what we collect when you use it, where that data goes, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms (a name and an email, mostly) and basic analytics about which pages get read. We use the first to send you what you asked for and the second to make the site better. We run no ads, we sell nothing about you, and we do not follow you around the internet. Say no to analytics and the site works exactly the same.
What you give us
Every form on this site is optional, and each one says what it does before you submit it:
- Booking a Cafecito Call: your name, email, what you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
- The Voice Course and The Weekly Pour: your first name and email, so we can send the lessons and the newsletter.
- Free resource downloads: your name, email, and which template you grabbed.
- The Voice Check: your name, email, and your quiz result, so we can send it to you.
This site takes no payments and never asks for a card number. If you hire us, invoicing happens by email, after we have actually talked.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help people and which get ignored. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, analytics cookies are off until you say yes to the banner, and if you never answer, they stay off. Everywhere else, analytics runs by default with your IP address anonymized. In every region: no advertising cookies, ever.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not run ads or ad tracking.
- We do not buy data about you from anywhere else.
- We do not send you anything you did not sign up for.
Where your data goes
Three companies process data on our behalf, and only to do their jobs:
- Formaloo stores form submissions and triggers the emails you asked for (the course lessons, the newsletter).
- Google Analytics 4 handles the consent-gated analytics described above.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
We are based in the United States, so your data is processed here.
Cookies
One first-party cookie, cafecito_consent, remembers your answer to the cookie banner for six months so we do not ask on every visit. Google Analytics sets its own cookies only under the rules above. Your light-or-dark theme choice lives in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
You can change your analytics answer any time: the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer reopens the banner.
How long we keep it
Email signups: until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email) or ask us to delete you. Call requests: as long as we are talking, then as long as basic bookkeeping requires. Analytics: Google retains its data on its standard schedule, 14 months by default.
Your rights
Email hola@getcafecito.co and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no fee, no thirty-day runaround. If you are in a region with formal privacy rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), those work here too, through that same address.
Children
This site is for people building brands, not for children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you directly.
