CAFECITO is a brand of Zossoz, Inc, a Miami, Florida company. These terms cover this website (www.getcafecito.co) and the services we sell on it. Using the site or hiring us means you are okay with what follows. We kept it short on purpose.
The offers
Everything we sell is priced on the pricing page, in public:
- Solo Voice Sprint: $1,250, one time. About two weeks.
- Business Voice Sprint: $3,500, one time. About four weeks.
- Content on Tap, Steady Pour: $600 a month.
- Content on Tap, Full Pour: $1,200 a month.
The price on the page when you book is the price you pay. If prices change, they change on the page first, never retroactively for work already booked.
The guarantee
Every sprint ends with a voice test: we generate real content from your finished system and you judge it against your own writing. If it does not sound like you, we rework the system for free until it does. If 30 days after handoff you still do not hear yourself in it, we refund the sprint in full and you keep every deliverable anyway. That is the whole guarantee, and it is the same one printed on the pricing page.
Retainers
Content on Tap is month to month. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month, and keep everything we made for you. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no exit interview.
Who owns what
You do. Every deliverable from a sprint or a retainer (the Voice Charter, the Tone & Mood Matrix, the Brand-Voice JSON, the prompt library, the content) is yours outright once it is paid for. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, and this website's content. We never show client work publicly without written permission.
What we need from you
Working sessions, source material (your existing writing, the honest kind), and timely feedback. The system we build is only as much you as the inputs you give us. You promise the material you hand us is yours to hand us.
About the AI
We use AI tools in the work. That is the entire point of the service. Every piece that reaches you has been shaped and edited by a human, and we never pass raw model output to you and call it a deliverable.
The free stuff
The templates, tools, quiz, course, and newsletter are free, provided as-is, and hopefully useful. They are general guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice, and we cannot promise specific business results from anything on this site, paid or free.
The boring but necessary part
If something goes wrong and the law says we owe you, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Disputes
Florida law governs these terms, and anything that ends up in court ends up in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Talk to us first, though: hola@getcafecito.co resolves things faster than a courtroom.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Changes never apply retroactively to work already booked.
